Kitâb-ı Cihân-nümâ (Neşrî Tarihi): 430. Bölüm ve Franz Taeschner’in 898 Tarihli Nüsha Neşri

Oturumun giriş kısmında, eserin bibliyografik künyesi, Târih-i evlâd-ı Oğuz Han ve mülûk-i Selçûgiyye-i Rûmiyye ve salâtîn-i Âl-i Osman alt başlığı ve Taeschner’in ilmî metodolojisi tahlil edilmiştir.

Oturumda ayrıca Neşrî’nin eserinden Sultan II. Murad, Fatih Sultan Mehmed ve II. Bayezid devirlerine ait bölümler okunmuş; eserin sonunda yer alan 25 Rabî'ü'l-evvel 898 tarihli kolofon kaydı ile kişi adları fihristi (fehrist-i eşhâs) incelenmiştir.

  1. bölümde, Molla Mehmed Neşrî’nin kaleme aldığı ve erken dönem Osmanlı tarihini anlatan Kitâb-ı Cihân-nümâ (Târih-i Neşrî) adlı eser mercek altına alınmıştır.
